Galerie Eric Mouchet

The gallery was opened in 2014, in Paris’ 6th district of Saint-Germain-des-Prés by collector and Le Corbusier’s art expert Eric Mouchet to promote living artists whose work are focussed on contemporary issues such as political, social, ecological or gender. Since its inception, the gallery’s been launching and/or accompanying young French artists’ careers as well as showing mid-career artists from all over the world like Hudinilson Jr. (Brazil), Matthieu Gafsou (Switzerland), Caroline Wells Chandler (USA), or Ken Matsubara and Eikoh Hosoe (Japan), who’re using all kinds of mediums, from traditional to performance, knitting or video.
