Galerie Les filles du calvaire

The Galerie Les filles du calvaire opened in 1996 in the Marais in an industrial building of 300m2 on two levels sheltered by a large glass roof. Our programming considers all the practices of contemporary art that intersect and enrich each other (painting, sculpture, video, photography and installations), with confirmed or emerging artists often calling on a plural writing. Their works are consistent with our choice to propose committed points of view and diverse insights on reality and the world of ideas. The gallery actively participates in fairs and exhibitions and collaborates with numerous institutions in France and abroad. It enables many publications, self-produced or in co-production, as a powerful tool to broadcast creation.
