For its strange and special 18th edition, LOOP Fair is very pleased to present a programme expanding its format online and offline. In order to confront the uneasiness with positive energy, this year the in situ Fair (17-19 November) will take the form of a show, relocating to a historic venue by the sea, the Museu d’Història de Catalunya, also known as Palau del Mar. LOOP Fair will host a limited selection of 14 galleries including a special focus on the Beirut Art Scene, curated by Amira Solh.

The fair committee, formed by Haro CumbusyanRenee DrakeJosée & Marc GensollenIsabelle Lemaître, and chaired by Jean-Conrad Lemaître, has valued the strength of the galleries’ programs and the quality of the artists’ works. The fair’s jury for Acquisition Award and Mention of Honor will be formed by Ferran Barenblit (Director, Museu d’Art Contemporani de Barcelona – MACBA, Barcelona), Andrea Lissoni (Artistic Director, Haus der Kunst, Munich), Daniela Zyman (Chief Curator and Artistic Director, TBA21, Vienna), Dirk Snauwaert (Artistic Director, WIELS, Brussels) and Benjamin Weil (Artistic Director, Centro Botín, Santander).
