Mining and the abuse to which the land was subjected have turned La Unión (Cartagena) into a perennial fallow area. Wind energy invades the landscape trying in vain to balance the poison injected into the rock.

There are multiple layers of objections in this work, on the one hand the title makes direct reference to a typical drink consumed by the miners of the Sierra Minera, before starting or after finishing their hard day’s work. A mixture of brandy and sweet wine that soothed the cold mornings.

Lola tries to appease in the situation of imbalance created between the mining work and the care of the land itself. There are many ways to embody the earthquakes experienced and to diminish their vibration until they are transformed into a musical wave. There are many coincidences that can split you in two because they are arbitrary and unexpected.

The earth yielded the landscape to the memory.
