The work of Olivier Dollinger questions the possible restoration forms of performances and the status of the objects that are experienced, in particular in the movies. He continues his researches of the relation between action, experience and video in collaborations with external participants, such as The tears builders, 1998; Burning, 1999; Over Drive, 2003; Reverb, le projet Norma Jean, 2003; The missing Viewer, 2009; Abstract Telling, 2010; or Circle Story, 2012. He participated in numerous solo and group shows in Palais de Tokyo, Paris; Villa Arson, Nice; Museum of Contemporary Art Kiasma, Helsinki; La Fabrique, Shanghai, among others. His works belongs to public collections, such as FRAC Pays de la Loire, Nantes, or FNAC, Paris. Lives and works in Paris.
