Georg Kargl Fine Arts

Founded in 1998 by Georg Kargl, since 2018 under Inés Lombardi guidance, the gallery is committed to continuity and active reflection on the constant changes and diversity inherent to our time as part of a continuous process that unfolds in the program and in the approach to new collaboration models and activities. The gallery represents and supports the visions of emerging and established artists, both Austrian-based and international, and promotes vital dialogue with institutions, critics, curators, and collectors.

With an exhibition space of more than 350 m2, Georg Kargl Fine Arts has the scope to provide complex presentations by an artist, as well as thematic exhibitions. In conjunction with two additional locations—BOX, with a storefront designed by Richard Artschwager, suitable for small-scale monographs and to introduce new positions; PERMANENT, a project space that welcomes positions not necessary attached to the gallery—the gallery holds up to 18 exhibitions per year.
