Magdalena Correa, born 1968 in Santiago de Chile, is an artist living in Madrid City who mainly works in photography and video installation.
Graduating from the Catholic University of Chile, Santiago, Chile with a BA in fine art, She obteined a PHD in Photography from the Technical University of Catalonia, Barcelona, Spain.
Her work has been shown at Kabe Contemporary Gallery, Miami; Museum of Contemporary Art, Santiago, Chile; Telefónica Foundation, Buenos Aires, Argentina; Art and Nature Center, Huesca, Spain; Telefónica Foundation, Santiago, Chile; CAB (Caja de Burgos Center of Contemporary Art), Burgos, Spain; Museum Da Casa Brasileira, Sao Paulo, Brazil; Palau de la Virreina, Barcelona, Spain; Cervantes Institute, Paris, France, among others.
