Giovanni Ozzola, a Florence-born artist living in Canary Islands, is a multidisciplinary artist working with photography, video and with more traditional media such as the engraving on slate or sculpture casting. Ozzola’s practice demonstrates a deep sensitivity towards the phenomenon of light and its various physical characteristics. His main thematic interests lie in conceptualizing and representing infinitude and exploration, both geographical and introspective.
