Cordula Ditz studied at the University of Fine Arts of Hamburg (Diploma with Prof. Andreas Slominski and Prof. Franz Erhard Walther ) and at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna. Her works are represented by public and private collections like the Hamburger Kunsthalle in Hamburg, the Lafrenz collection in Bremen and others. In the past years Ditz received various grants and awards like the grant of Stiftung Kunstfonds in 2021, the ZEIT-Stiftung Ebelin und Gerd Bucerius grant in 2020, the residendy grant of Deutsches Studienzentrum, Venice in 2017 and many others. Her works are on view in institutional exhibitions like Kunsthaus Hamburg (2024), Kunstverein Harburger Bahnhof, Hamburg (2022), Hamburger Kunsthalle (2023), Weserburg Museum für moderne Kunst, Bremen (2021), Kunstverein in Hamburg (2020), Ars Electronica, Linz, (2019) and others.
