Alba Alarcos Veiga is a Barcelona based curator. She holds a BA in History of Art by the University of Barcelona and a MA in Analysis and Management of Artistic Heritage by Autonomous University of Barcelona. Currently working as a project coordinator in Deckard Project —a digital agency for the arts—, she’s interested in new ways of curatorship, digitalisation and how new technologies affect the arts and our relationship with them.
Her curating research revolves around participatory practices, feminism and pleasure. She has taken part in Santa Mònica’s research programme on collective curatorship (crear) Situacions: art i pensaments participatius and has also collectively published in A*DESK.
