Pere Llobera (Barcelona 1970) combines his figurative and conceptual artistic pictorial work with curating exhibitions and other forms of artistic cooperation. His varied training ranges from an incomplete degree in Fine Arts at the University of Barcelona and studies in the history and aesthetics of cinematography in Valladolid during the nineties to a residency in the renowned Rijksacademie van Beeldende in Amsterdam during the 2006-2007 school year.

He has participated in many collective exhibitions at the national and international levels. Among his latest individual exhibitions, At the cabinets at the Voorlinden Museum of The Hague (2019) or Orplid at the Bombon Projects gallery in Barcelona (2022) stand out. In Barcelona he has collaborated with institutions such as the MNAC (Espai Educart), the Fundació Miró (Do it yourself) or Caixaforum (Entre la axila y la palma de la mano). He is currently the curator for the 2022 cycle of Espai 13 at the Fundació Miró.
