Lluís Nacenta is a professor, writer and curator in the fields of music and sound. He holds a Degree in Mathematics and Music (piano), a Master’s Degree in Comparative Studies in Literature, Art and Philosophy and he is Doctor of Humanities, with a PhD thesis on musical repetition. He has been Professor and Coordinator of the Master in Sound Art at the Universitat de Barcelona, and he is currently teaching in the MRes in Art and Design, and in the Design Degree at Eina, Barcelona. He has authored numerous articles in digital and paper publications – such as Cultura/s de La Vanguardia and Nativa -, and he has collaborated with Radio Web MACBA. Together with Jordi Oliveras, he coordinates Ràdio Nativa. He has curated exhibitions and concerts for Sónar Festival, Arts Santa Mònica, Centre de Cultura Contemporància de Barcelona (CCCB) and Fundació Antoni Tàpies, among others.
